Executive WorkbenchFree self-setup kit

Put your AI
to work for you.

Your own AI agent, Codex in ChatGPT or Claude, set up on your computer to work across your email, calendar, files and websites and finish real tasks with you. You direct. It does the busywork. Nothing goes out without your yes.

Get the free kit

The self-setup kit is free. You bring your own ChatGPT or Claude plan. For your leadership team and key people, we roll it out as part of our enablement work.

What it can do

Hand it the legwork across websites and apps. It does the clicking, reading and typing, then stops for your OK before it submits, pays or sends.

Illustrative examples. What a given setup can reach depends on its AI plan and the connections you approve.

Many websites

Compare a dozen vendors

“Find three cleaning companies that cover both our offices. Compare price, insurance and reviews, and request quotes from the best two.”

  • Visits 12 vendor sites and 2 review sites
  • Checks coverage for both addresses
  • Builds a comparison sheet
  • Fills in the quote forms for the top two

You approve the two picks. Then it submits.

Sign-ups

Get the team registered

“Register our four sales leads for the March conference, book the hotel block and put it on their calendars.”

  • Fills in four registrations from your team list
  • Picks sessions by role
  • Books four rooms within the travel policy
  • Adds holds to four calendars

You check the total and click Pay.

Managing accounts

Clean up subscriptions

“Find every subscription we pay for, flag what nobody uses, and cancel what I approve.”

  • Reads a year of receipts and statements
  • Lists every subscription, cost and renewal date
  • Checks seat use in each admin page
  • Gets each cancellation ready to the last click

You approve each cancellation.

Portals

Renew before it lapses

“Renew our business license and the three vehicle registrations.”

  • Checks the state and DMV portals for what each needs
  • Pulls license and VIN numbers from your files
  • Fills in the forms and attaches the insurance certificate
  • Lines up payment

You sign in when asked, review and submit.

Long forms

Answer a security questionnaire

“A customer sent a 60-question security questionnaire through their portal. Answer it from what we’ve already written.”

  • Finds answers in past questionnaires and your policies
  • Fills in the portal, question by question
  • Flags the questions it can’t answer from your files

You answer the flagged questions, then submit.

Follow-through

Chase a refund to the end

“Get the overcharge on our last freight invoice refunded.”

  • Finds the invoice and the contract rate
  • Opens a dispute in the carrier’s portal with both attached
  • Checks back on it in your morning brief
  • Drafts a nudge if it goes quiet

You approve each message before it goes.

Set it up in three steps

What you need

  • A Mac or Windows computer.
  • A paid ChatGPT or Claude plan. Your AI checks what your plan includes and tells you if something needs more.
  • Your email and calendar sign-ins, Google or Microsoft.

Company computer or work email? IT decides first. The setup writes the request for them and stops until you have written approval.

  1. Install the desktop app and sign in.

Download ChatGPTThe app that includes Codex, not ChatGPT Classic.

    Download Claude

  2. Download the kit.

    Optional
    Required fields are marked *.

Version 1.0.1, plain text files, about 30 KB. SHA-256 f174cfbf0b21d56edafcac08eaef88a2ea95d0d92bb5ecd96a9a6854866d7d9c. Save it to your Downloads folder.

We use this only to follow up about the Workbench.

  3. Open the app and give it your Downloads folder.

In Claude, start a new chat, click + beside the message box, choose Add folder and pick Downloads.

Then paste this into the chat

Set up my Executive Workbench. Find the newest executive-workbench zip file in my Downloads folder, unzip it, open setup/RUNBOOK.md, and follow it step by step, starting with step 0. Ask me before you install or connect anything, and stop whenever I need to sign in or click Allow.

What happens next

  • It asks before it installs or connects anything.
  • It stops whenever you need to sign in or click Allow.
  • It finishes by doing one real task for you.

If you stop partway, open a chat with access to your Downloads folder and paste:

To pick up where you left off

Continue my Executive Workbench setup. Open the Executive Workbench Kit folder in my Downloads, read Setup-Log.md and setup/RUNBOOK.md, and continue from the next unfinished step.

Your first week

  1. Tomorrow morningSay “Run my morning brief.”
  2. After your next meetingSay “Process my last meeting.”
  3. When a website chore comes upSay “Go into [site] and [task].”
  4. Once a monthSay “Run my tune-up.”

Rolling it out to your team

A team rollout is a paid engagement, scoped in writing. It adds:

  • We prepare your kit from a short questionnaire, so the setup skips what it already knows.
  • For a company workbench, we get written IT approval before we start.
  • On a screen share, your AI does the setup while we guide. Your hands stay on your keyboard and your passwords stay with you.
  • Your first real task is done before we finish, and we check in after your first week and your first month.
  • Training and playbooks for the routines your team repeats.

From your desk to your business

Every task you run shows what repeats. The routines that repeat across your team are worth building properly, on direct connections and a schedule, with a person approving what goes out. That is the work we do with companies.

  1. The agent does itIn the app or website, while you watch.
  2. It becomes a playbookAfter two good runs, saved so anyone can run it.
  3. It connects directlyA connector, API or file replaces the clicking. We build it.
  4. It runs on a scheduleOn a timer or trigger. A person approves what goes out.

The first two are the Workbench. The last two are work we do with companies. See what we do

Your rules

  • Nothing is sent, bought or deleted without your yes.
  • You type your own passwords; the AI never sees them.
  • Your accounts, your control.

See what it does before you set it up.
